1. How long will my order take to ship?
We process all orders within 2–3 business days. After that, shipping times depend on your location:

• Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly offer worldwide shipping—no matter where you are, our products can reach you.

3. How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. This allows you to track your package at every step. Didn’t get your tracking info? Just email us at hello@tattoopaintroll.com with your order number (starting with TPR#) and we’ll sort it out ASAP.

4. Who pays for shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. For returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Instead, you can return the item for a refund and place a new order for the product you want.

4. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. In that case, we’ve got you covered!

5. What if I received the wrong product?
If the wrong product was delivered, let us know immediately at hello@tattoopaintroll.com. We’ll get the correct item sent to you right away.

1. What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Crypto and all other secure payment methods available through Shopify, including Shop Pay Installments where available.

• Our dice are crafted from high-quality acrylic, built for durability and everyday use.
• Our patches come with an Iron-On Adhesive backing, making them easy to apply to any fabric.
• Our stickers are printed on premium vinyl (PVC), which is both durable and weather-resistant. They also feature an acrylic adhesive for a secure, long-lasting hold​.
